My journey has been one of embracing my extreme empathic gifts, which for years felt like a curse, leaving me overwhelmed, misunderstood, and disconnected. Nature and whitewater kayaking provided solace, but it wasn’t until my 40s that I found true peace through a dedicated spiritual path. My experiences with yoga, meditation, and energy work revealed a deep connection to the other side, eventually leading me to work as a professional medium. After years of self-healing in India and Bali, I learned to discern and clear energy, protect myself, and embrace my emotions fully. Today, I share my story to empower other women like me to find inner peace, embrace their gifts, and step into their power.
