Have you ever seen an animal who has experienced a traumatic event? 

How they release the trauma is by literally shaking it off right then and there. 

The energy leaves their bodies as a result of shaking and they move along with their day.

We humans often times do not allow the space or time to process emotion at the time it occurs.

We bury it, ignore it, numb it, or try to run away from it. 

And what happens is that eventually this no longer works, and the emotion starts to get triggered. 

When this happens We lash out at the triggering party or blame them for our discomfort when the reality is they are tapping into emotion that is blocked within us that is ready to be cleared and released.

In this post I am going to dive deep into the 5 simple ways to clear these energy blockages once and for all.

The first step in removing our energy blockages from our bodies is to acknowledge when we are triggered and commit to feeling the emotion.

How we can do this is through conscious connected breathwork.

Breathing in a circular pattern with no pause or gap between the inhale and the exhale, gives us the space and opportunity to feel whatever is coming up without analyzing it or creating a story around it.

We simply feel the emotion and allow it to pass through.

Step 2 is to shake. Just like animals in the wild when we shake it out it allows the energy to be felt and it releases.

Step 3 is salt water. After you have breathed and shaked, immersing in salt water preferably the ocean is the best way to clear energy blockages from your body. If you are not able to access the ocean then use epsom salt in your bath water.

Step 4 is sacred smoke. Light some incense, sambrani, sage, or palo santo and set the intention that your body be cleared of all energy blocks. You can say your intention out loud or to yourself. Burn your sacred smoke of choice and clear your energy inside and out.

Step 5 is sound. Use a Tibetan bowl or chant a mantra like Om Mani Padme Hum. The high frequency vibration of sound clears energy blocks fast and effectively.
